On August 10, 2020, Rebecca B. Sandberg notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Granite Point Mortgage Trust Inc. (the "Company") of her intention to resign as Vice President and Secretary of the Company effective as of the close of business on August 14, 2020. Effective August 15, 2020, Michael J. Karber, the Company’s General Counsel, was elected by the Board to serve as Secretary of the Company in addition to his role as General Counsel.
